We want you to be happy with your SeitzLife purchase. If something is not right, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.<\/p>\n

Standard Merchandise<\/h2>\n

Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery<\/strong>, unless the product page states that the item is made-to-order, personalized, clearance, or final sale.<\/p>\n

Items must be returned in their original condition. Once an eligible return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.<\/p>\n

Custom & Personalized Items<\/h2>\n

Custom and personalized merchandise is created specifically for you and is not returnable or refundable unless it arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error in producing the order.<\/p>\n

Please double-check names, dates, spelling, sizes, colors, and other personalization information before submitting your order.<\/p>\n

Made-to-Order Items<\/h2>\n

Some SeitzLife merchandise is produced specifically after an order is placed. If a product is identified as made-to-order or final sale, it is not eligible for a change-of-mind return or a return because the wrong size was selected.<\/p>\n

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders<\/h2>\n

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery<\/strong>. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue.<\/p>\n

If the problem is our error, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.<\/p>\n

Sizing<\/h2>\n

Please review the sizing information on the product page before ordering. Garment sizing can vary by brand and style. Ordering the wrong size does not automatically qualify a made-to-order or personalized item for a refund when the item was produced correctly.<\/p>\n

Order Cancellations<\/h2>\n

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to cancel an order that has not yet entered production or fulfillment. Once production has begun, we may not be able to cancel or refund the order.<\/p>\n

Sale & Clearance Items<\/h2>\n

Items specifically marked Final Sale, clearance merchandise, and discontinued items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.<\/p>\n

Refund Processing<\/h2>\n

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.<\/p>\n

Lost or Stolen Packages<\/h2>\n

SeitzLife is not responsible for packages that are marked delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. If a shipment appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will help determine the appropriate next step with the carrier.<\/p>\n
